Business Development & Market Expansion

Joint Ventures
&
Strategic Alliances
CGA has been at the helm of arranging global joint ventures, strategic alliances and Greenfields since 1988. Having concluded its very first wide-ranging alliance in early 1990 for a northern Italian manufacturer of brake components and castings in the U.S.,
CGA then set its targets on broadening its horizons throughout the Americas in the heavy manufacturing arena. CGA went on to sign an extensive Greenfield accord to bring one of the largest forging and axle suppliers in the world, American Axle & Manufacturing (AAM), to Brazil in the mid to late 90s – to the town of Araucaria in the state of Parana'. That deal consisted of free land, tax incentives and a labor-creation bonus.
Most importantly, perhaps, CGA has excelled at identifying the appropriate strategic partners for its clients in foreign markets.
Today, CGA is initiating and concluded international joint ventures, strategic alliances and Greenfields in a number of sectors including, but not limited to, oil & gas, automotive, heavy truck, agriculture, infrastructure, construction, rail, pharmaceutical, forgings, castings, machining, plastics, rubber-bonded-to-metal / expansion joints, wind energy, sports ventures, and metal stamping.
